Fabulous agents to deal with! Exceptional knowledge of the area, incl the property I was buying eg. rates/water bills etc so I was fully informed before purchasing the property, answered my many questions (first home buyer so I had a lot). Dealing with Bevan (and the Prime Property team) was refreshingly NORMAL and easy. Bevan is down-to-earth and friendly, and at the same time has a great local real estate knowledge. He provided all the information we asked, and importantly, also information that which we did not know to ask. All relayed in a non high-brow manner. Being buyers from interstate, it could not have been easier. Bevan is a guy you can Buy or Sell from, then have a beer with later.
