We have had some negative experiences with real estate agents in the past and were going to get information from at least two agents this time around, before choosing who to go to market with. However, we were impressed with Debbie's approach from the outset, which identified a number of options, but also displayed a good knowledge of the local market. Also, Debbie kept us informed at all times with progress of open house events and private inspections.
