A Kings Gate for a Royal Unit on Buderim
Whenever I get a new unit for sale, I can't help but seeing it through the new owners yes
driving down this quiet tree lined street, through the shiny black gates, around the water fountain and into my double garage
and yes, this unit is privately tucked away in the corner
I like that.
The living areas are nice and open, with plenty of glass to bring the outside in, but I think it's the sunroom that I am going to enjoy the most.
The interior is well presented, however, it's the garden courtyard that I am going to improve it's got some beautiful citrus trees growing, but I know this rich Buderim soil is going to grow me colourful cottage gardens & herbs.

It's really nice to come home to this unit with the gated entrance and a tranquil water fountain highlighting the centre piece of the driveways.
The living areas are nice and open, with plenty of glass to bring the outside in, but I think it's the sunroom that I am going to enjoy the most.
